Unit Coordinator Needed at Sävegården Elderly Care

Sävegården Elderly Care is now seeking a unit coordinator for a temporary position due to study leave. Sävegården is a modern elderly care facility located in Floda, consisting of two properties divided into eight units with a total of 68 apartments.

At Sävegården, three unit managers work with their respective areas of responsibility. We have two unit coordinators and about 70 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a unit coordinator in elderly care, you have a holistic perspective and are responsible for administrative tasks such as:

  • Managing orders
  • Invoice management
  • Registration of employment
  • Reporting faults
  • Administration of rental contracts
  • Short-term recruitment
  • Scheduling in Timecare

You manage personnel planning, payroll management, and coordination of the introduction of new substitutes. Additional administrative tasks may arise as needed. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with unit managers and other unit coordinators.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an education in healthcare and social care, a KY education in healthcare administration, or another education that the employer considers equivalent. You should have some experience in administrative work, such as scheduling, planning, or invoice management. Knowledge of systems such as Timecare, Heroma, Treserva, and Proceedo is an advantage. Good knowledge of elderly care is also meritorious.

As a person, we see that you are structured and independent as the work is diverse and requires you to handle different situations. You have a good ability to collaborate and communicate, as well as good documentation skills.

It is important for us that you have a positive attitude towards work and can express yourself well in speech and writing. You are engaged, ambitious, and meticulous, while also being flexible and creative. We also see that you have the ability to uplift your colleagues and spread a good atmosphere in your workplace.
